Job Details

Type of Opportunity: Full Time (0.9 FTE/36 hours per week)

Work Schedule: 12-hour Day and Night shifts available

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Nursing Diploma
  • Licensed Practical Nurse-NM or out-of-state compact LPN license
  • BLS certification required at the time of hire

Your Responsibilities

As an LPN in our Medical-Surgical Unit, you will:

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with mobility.
  • Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies under RN supervision.
  • Assist with wound care and post-surgical care as per physician orders.
  • Observe and report changes in patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and medication regimens.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and assist in emergency situations.

Compensation

The maximum offer for this position is up to USD $35.29/Hr. Please note that compensation may vary based on experience, training, and other factors.
