Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity in the Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector, which is rapidly growing and offers excellent work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are looking for a Part-Time provider (20-30 hours per week, 2-3 days) for our facility located in Warwick, RI. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $54 to $60, along with a performance-based incentive compensation program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.
The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications
To qualify, the Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, hold a valid registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where applicable, the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the Physician Assistant (PA) must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state in which they practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Some benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.
Salary Range
Posted Salary Range: $54.00 - $60.00 per hour.
