Scherer Electric is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate who values meaningful work and genuine connection. Located in Hamburg, NY, we are a family-owned company, never corporate, never impersonal. Earn competitive pay of $18 - $23/hour and excellent benefits! This includes:

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Each day, you will engage with customers, manage service requests, and support our team of electricians in a well-organized environment. You will communicate directly with clients, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth operations using clean systems and up-to-date tools. You will interact with owners who are present and invested in your success, and you will have opportunities to develop your skills and grow professionally. Your work will help maintain the company's reputation for quality and reliability, while also fostering a positive, respectful team environment.
