We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter Foreman who can effectively manage a job site in the absence of the lead. While extensive paperwork is not required, the ideal candidate should be adept at reading prints, performing layout tasks, and coordinating with subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee job site operations in the lead's absence.
- Read and interpret blueprints and perform layout tasks.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors.
- Ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in concrete work, construction, and carpentry.
- Experience in concrete finishing and concrete pours.
