Construction Site Supervisor (Dirt to Lock-Up)
Location: Douglasville, GA
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $120K - $140K (Based on Experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee dirt to lock-up construction projects in Douglasville, GA. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in site development, and the ability to manage construction operations from land clearing to structural completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of site construction, from excavation and grading to structural lock-up.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
- Monitor and control project costs, materials, and labor efficiency.
- Conduct daily site inspections, progress reporting, and problem-solving as needed.
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless workflow.
- Lead and manage on-site personnel, ensuring a productive and safe work environment.
- Handle permits, inspections, and documentation throughout the construction process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site supervision for dirt-to-lock-up construction (residential or commercial).
- Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, foundations, framing, and structural components.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
- OSHA certification and knowledge of construction safety regulations preferred.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
