Job DescriptionWe are a reputable, Portland based property restoration company specializing in structural repairs for properties with damage caused by water, fire and storms, as well as exterior repairs, reconstruction, and remodeling. Our company is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. Come join our fun, fast growing environment!Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate team member
- Data Entry into our online system
- Create job files for estimating team
- Ability to use a multi-line phone system
- Clerical duties such as scanning, copying, and filing
- Greet visitors with a positive attitude and direct them as needed
- Other administrative assistant tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Communication skills – Verbal and written
- Great customer service and organization
- Proactive in problem solving
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with OneDrive a plus!
- Experience with DASH platform a plus!
- Be able to pass a background check
