Job Summary:
Self perform all general construction skills as well as supervise field labor.
Job Duties:
Interpret construction documents.
Perform construction layout.
Organization and installation of building footings.
Concrete formwork and placement of concrete.
General carpentry work for all phases of construction.
Management of field labor.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist Superintendants and Project Managers in all phases of a construction project.
Job Qualifications:
High school Education.
Minimum five years construction field experience.
Good Communication and organizational Skills.
General Understanding of all construction trades.
*Regular attendance onsite is an essential function of the job.
