Job Title: Administrative Assistant
FLSA status: Non-Exempt
Reporting to: Director, Revenue Operations
Location: Richfield
Target Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 3:00-8:00PM Monday-Thursday, with Friday hours variable
Purpose of the position: As part of the Operations Support team, you will create and maintain an efficient and effective service delivery experience. You will provide excellent, timely customer service to a diverse range of clients on the phone or in person. You will also provide administrative support to client service programs and team members.
Goals and Outcomes:
- Assist the billing department for all requests and needed documents related to various program areas.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Ensure and maintain records management in compliance with internal and external standards.
- Effectively communicate, partner, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operate in alignment with all agency and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Two years of customer service experience (answering phones, checking in clients, email, faxing, filing, etc.)
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a mental health setting
- Experience with Electronic Health Records
- Experience working with adolescents and their families
- Bilingual
