Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting caregiving staff
• Conducting initial and ongoing client assessments
• Ensuring quality of care and regulatory compliance
• Assisting with caregiving training and performance evaluations
• Serving as a clinical resource for staff and clients

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Supervisory or home health experience preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
• Flexible availability on a PRN basis
