ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. Ive been with State Farm since 2019, and this agency is an exciting next step where Im focused on building a strong, successful team from the ground up.

Outside of work, Im a single dad with two kids full time, so I understand the importance of flexibility, balance, and creating a supportive environment both personally and professionally. I stay involved in the community by participating in local events like Chinese New Year celebrations and car shows, and Im always looking for ways to stay connected.

Our agency offers PTO, sick days, a life insurance policy, Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and flexibility with work schedules. I believe in supporting my team so they can succeed both at work and at home.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Curtis Anderson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
