This role is for an in-person Nurse Practitioner opportunity located exclusively in Ventura, California.&nbsp;This role requires in home visits caring for patients for both continuity of care and palliative. If your background is in these areas, you may be a great fit.
 
Please note: This is not a telehealth or remote position. Providers must be available to see patients in person throughout the Ventura area.&nbsp;
 
This is a full time role that offers a high degree of autonomy, ideal for someone who thrives in independent, flexible, patient-centered care. Experience in palliative or in home-based care is a strong plus.
 
Compensation &amp; Benefits:

<li>Base Salary: $66,560</li>

<li>Per Visit Pay: $90 per completed patient visit (Average 7–10 visits/day)</li>
