Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 7:00am–7:00pm
  • Rotating every other weekend
  • No on-call requirement
  • Expected to work 75% of holidays
  • Schedule cycle every 6 weeks

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years NICU experience
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Proficiency in basic ventilator, central line, and tracheostomy management
  • Skilled in pre/post-surgical, g-tube, bottle feeding, gavage feeding, breastfeeding support, blood transfusion, and infant venous sticks
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced neonatal care for critically ill newborns
  • Manage infants requiring complex interventions including surgical, respiratory, and nutritional support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff (NAs and Charge RNs)
  • Float as needed to General Pediatrics, PICU, Adolescent Pediatrics, and Pediatric Hem/Onc
  • Participate in comprehensive orientations (facility, unit, and NEO)
