As the first point of contact for our clients and partners, you’ll play a key role in shaping positive first impressions while supporting leadership and contributing to a high-performing team culture. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Phoenix location.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls — provide helpful information, route calls to the right departments, and ensure a professional, friendly experience.
  • Greet and welcome guests and clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Perform data entry and intake for new restoration jobs with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications, appointments, and inquiries.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, supply management, and miscellaneous data entry.
  • Keep the reception and front office areas clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including processing invoices, accounts payable, and receivables.


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry systems).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual; available for Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM schedule.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or general accounting support preferred.
