- Field service work instructions (step-by-step procedures with equipment/chemical requirements)
- Programmatic procedures (e.g., tooling calibration programs)
- Documents range from 1977 mimeographed versions to recent 3-year-old procedures
Core Responsibilities
- Update procedures to current format or review existing compliant documents
- Correct header/footer information
- Transform poorly organized content into concise, bulleted, efficient documents
- Work with 5 organizational groups and approximately 12 subject matter expert engineers
- Manage review/republishing workflow through SharePoint system
Document Standards
- Standardized format with revision control, table of contents, and 4 core sections
- Heavy use of hyperlinks to forms and related documents
- Occasional flowcharts (not majority of work)
- Graphics typically provided by subject matter experts from CAD programs
