Assemblers

$20.50/hour


1st shift, M-F 5:45am – 2:15p (somewhat flexible) - overtime often available




As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately and efficiently assembling components into finished products. Your work ensures that each product meets quality standards and is ready for distribution or further processing. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints. You will collaborate closely with production teams to maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact product reliability and customer satisfaction.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an assembly or production line environment.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with soldering and operating drill presses and band saws.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and visual inspection techniques.
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols related to power equipment and assembly lines.
  • Certification or training in assembly processes or manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly of parts and components using hand tools and power equipment according to specified procedures and blueprints.
  • Operate machinery such as drill presses, band saws, and soldering equipment safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks.
  • Conduct visual inspections of assembled products to ensure quality standards and identify any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the production line.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve production processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of assembly processes and production workflows
  • Proficient with hand tools and power equipment
  • Experience with soldering and drill press operation preferred
  • Strong visual inspection skills to identify defects and maintain quality
  • Familiarity with production or assembly line environments
  • Experience with band saws or basic quality control is a plus

  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull as required for the role
