The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain the appearance of the front office
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- File and retrieve files, maintain file storage.
- Run errands in a company vehicle (subject to motor vehicle records check)
- Order, track, and maintain office supplies and ice machine
- Provide administrative support to various staff as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
- Excellent customer-oriented verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, reliable, and customer service-oriented
