Job DescriptionTrucare Transportation is seeking dependable and professional drivers to provide safe, reliable non-medical transportation services for our clients. Drivers play a key role in ensuring passengers arrive at their destinations on time while maintaining a positive, respectful, and safe environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who are punctual, patient, and committed to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Safely transport clients to and from scheduled destinations
Follow assigned routes and schedules accurately
Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle when needed
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
Complete daily driver logs, mileage logs, and required paperwork
Use company apps (e.g., ParaScope) to clock in/out and document trips
Communicate clearly with dispatch and management
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
Valid California Drivers License
Clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
Reliable and punctual
Ability to use smartphone apps for logging trips and time
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Previous driving or transportation experience preferred (not required)
