- Nursing Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend required\n

- Patient Population: Mother, babies, labor & delivery\n
- Charting System: EPIC EMR\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Minimum 3 years of NICU or Special Care Nursery nursing experience\n
- Active Massachusetts RN license\n
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification\n
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification\n
- Expertise in newborn care, postpartum, and labor & delivery settings\n
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal and maternal healthcare\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns and mothers in the Level 2B Special Care Nursery\n
- Monitor and assess infants and mothers, delivering timely interventions\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR\n
- Educate and support mothers and families with compassionate clinical guidance\n
- Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
