Dietary Aide Dietary Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and presentation for residents, including setting tables, serving meals, and replenishing condiments

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dietary department, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors

• Ensure proper storage and rotation of food and supplies

• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan menus and monitor food intake

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

• Adhere to dietary standards, regulations, and guidelines for food preparation and service

Dietary Aide Requirements:

• Prior experience in food service or related field

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies
