JobDescription

Join HH Red Stone, a fast growing property management company with a strong national footprint. We are seeking an experienced SeniorPropertyManager to oversee a multi site portfolio of residential communities across Washington, DC.This is a high impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across a dynamic urban portfolio. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on comfortable managing day-to-day operations while partnering with leadership on long-term asset performance.


WhatYoullDo

  • Overseeallaspectsofoperationsacrossamulti-propertyportfolioinWashington,DC,ensuringstrongfinancialandoperationalperformance.
  • Lead,mentor,anddevelopon-siteteams(propertymanagers,leasing,maintenance,andadministrativestaff),settingclearexpectationsanddrivingaccountability.
  • OwnfullP&Lresponsibility,includingbudgeting,forecasting,rentcollections,expensemanagement,andvarianceanalysis.
  • PartnercloselywithAssetManagementandexecutiveleadershiptoexecutebusinessplans,improveNOI,andidentifyopportunitiesforvaluecreation.
  • Driveleasingperformancethroughoversightofpricingstrategy,marketinginitiatives,andoccupancytrendsacrosstheportfolio.
  • Ensurecompliancewithalllocal,state,andfederalregulations,includingFairHousing,DC-specificrequirements,andcompanypolicies.
  • Actastheprimaryescalationpointforcomplexresidentmatters,operationalchallenges,andriskmitigation.
  • Overseecapitalimprovementprojects,includingscopedevelopment,vendorbidding,contractmanagement,andexecutionincoordinationwithownership.
  • Monitorpropertyconditionsthroughregularsitewalksandaudits,ensuringhighstandardsforcurbappeal,maintenance,andoverallassetquality.
  • Supporthiring,onboarding,andperformancemanagementtobuildandretainhigh-performingteams.


WhatYoullBring

  • 5+yearsofpropertymanagementexperience,withdemonstratedsuccessmanagingmultiplesitesoralarge,complexasset.
  • Provenleadershipexperiencemanaginganddevelopingteamsacrossleasing,maintenance,andoperations.
  • Strongfinancialacumen,includingexperiencewithbudgets,reforecasts,rentrollanalysis,andoperationalreporting.
  • Experienceoperatinginanurban,fast-pacedmarketwithafocusonperformanceandresidentexperience.
  • Excellentproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytobalancestrategicthinkingandhands-onexecution.
  • Strongcommunicationandorganizationalskills,withtheabilitytoinfluencebothon-siteteamsandseniorleadership.
  • ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeandpropertymanagementsystems(e.g.,OneSite,Yardi,orsimilar).
  • FairHousingCertification(orwillingnesstoobtain)
