Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Lombard, Illinois. This role involves providing attentive and timely support to customers in a manufacturing environment, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and with the highest level of care. Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to incoming calls, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding photo enforcement programs within local communities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed call records within the RedCheck system on a daily basis.
• Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Assist customers with credit card transactions for payment of violations.
• Monitor and respond to company emails and communication channels regularly.
• Perform additional customer service-related tasks as assigned.• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong written communication skills, including email correspondence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing order entries.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
