Job DescriptionJob Description:Operate and maintain boiler plant for medical campus. Observe and dispatch maintenance engineers for building automation system alarms regarding HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. Assist the chief in duties regarding HW boilers around campus. The current schedule is 7 to 7 on days or nights for a 2/2/3 schedule, but could be changed in the future for staff and management needs. Shifts are determined by seniority.Additionally, may respond to emergency repair requests and carry out additional responsibilities as delegated.Education Qualifications:

2 years of classroom training or 2 years of experience in building maintenance.
Class 1B boiler operator with the state of MN.
