Carl Ferraro State Farm is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Brooklyn, NY who finds meaning in helping customers prepare for the unexpected and make coverage decisions that fit their lives, goals, and families. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive support on policy, billing, and coverage questions, and follow up to keep customers satisfied
- Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
- Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
- Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
- Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
- Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
- Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
- Positive, professional, customer-first attitude

Pay range: $52,000-$60,000 per year
