What You’ll Need:
\n
- \n
- Valid NBCOT certification\n
- Montana state occupational therapy license\n
- Minimum of 1 year SNF experience\n
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach\n
- Ability to adapt and manage a flexible schedule\n
\n
Nice to Have:
\n
- \n
- Prior experience working with facilities over 100 beds\n
- Experience in electronic medical records such as Net Health or PointClickCare\n
- Enthusiasm for onboarding and supporting traveler colleagues\n
\n
Preferred Education & Experience:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy\n
- Prior SNF experience, especially in larger facilities\n
\n
Other Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Must be comfortable with onboarding travelers\n
- No on-call responsibilities\n
- Ability to work days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm\n
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional weekend work in exchange for weekdays off\n
