Looking for steady work, a supportive team, and the chance to make an impact? Join our team in Maple Grove as a Light Assembler! You’ll play an important role in building, inspecting, and preparing our products for shipment—helping ensure quality and accuracy every step of the way.

Pay: $17.25/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Long term opportunity with the potential for temporary to permanent

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble Vacuum Insulated Panels using written or visual instructions
  • Pack and label products to get them shipment-ready while preventing damage
  • Keep track of inventory using manual or electronic systems
  • Operate material handling equipment to move material in the warehouse (pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler, etc.) safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Follow company quality standards and safety policies
  • Collaborate with your team and stay flexible to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • 1+ year of relevant assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments on time
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility for overtime when needed
