Looking for steady work, a supportive team, and the chance to make an impact? Join our team in Maple Grove as a Light Assembler! You’ll play an important role in building, inspecting, and preparing our products for shipment—helping ensure quality and accuracy every step of the way.
Pay: $17.25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Long term opportunity with the potential for temporary to permanent
What You’ll Do
- Assemble Vacuum Insulated Panels using written or visual instructions
- Pack and label products to get them shipment-ready while preventing damage
- Keep track of inventory using manual or electronic systems
- Operate material handling equipment to move material in the warehouse (pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow company quality standards and safety policies
- Collaborate with your team and stay flexible to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- 1+ year of relevant assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments on time
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility for overtime when needed
