Senior Tax Associate (100% Remote)
Compensation: $95-115K base plus performance bonus
Hours: 40–45 hours during busy season

What You’ll Do

Lead and review complex tax engagements for S corporations, partnerships, and individuals

Develop and implement proactive tax strategies that align with client goals

Work directly with clients in real estate, professional services, and consulting sectors

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks

Collaborate with internal accounting and advisory teams to deliver complete client solutions
Who You Are
-
3+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or EA preferred or actively pursuing

Strong understanding of federal and state tax compliance and planning

Solid grasp of GAAP and day-to-day accounting fundamentals

Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset

Analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving systems
