A well-established, upscale senior living community is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a small, close-knit nursing unit. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality care, staff support, and resident wellbeing.
What you’ll do (high level):
- Oversee day-to-day nursing operations for a small unit
- Lead, support, and schedule nursing staff
- Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate closely with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
What we’re looking for:
- NYS Licensed RN (BSN preferred)
- Prior leadership or charge experience in skilled nursing or senior living
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
