The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $44 and $45. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description
Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD) provides innovative diagnostic solutions that improve patient outcomes. This role as a part of Divisional Marketing team will be responsible for compiling market intelligence, providing insights, and offering input into business reports, strategic and operating plans. Person in this role will also support development of customer segmentation process, market and business opportunity assessments to guide strategic decision making and focus areas.
How will you make an impact?
The business analyst will assist in efforts to analyze market size and growth as well as customer and competitive insights, to generate recommendations for short- and long-term business decisions . You will be responsible for diving into detail and finding out the story that can help to make business decisions. You will help to identify key data points, model information into value added insights, tracking needs, collect data and investigate data patterns across division and regions.
What will you do?
• Build and communicate monthly market intelligence reports and dashboards across the organization.
• Update and develop product and customer segment market models.
• Lead on market research while working closely with commercial operations to extract data and insights from internal CRMs.
• Participate strategic and annual operating plans by delivering insights and analysis.
• Support customer segmentation and targeting process, and market opportunity assessment.
Experience:
• We are looking for a candidate who has experience with IVD industry preferred (Medical Devices, Pharma or Biotech industries can also be considered). The candidate should have experience in primary market research, strategic insights, market research, business analytics.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience in intelligence, market research, consulting or strategy
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Are you a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative and high-growth environment? The candidate exhibits a balance of technical skills in data analysis and visualization to creativity and communication.
• Proven quantitative analytical skills: able to translate structured and unstructured data into quantitative analysis and strategic insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: concise, accurate and precise in articulating analytical methodology, assumptions, risks, and conclusions
• Strong learning agility employs multiple sources to understanding business- and industry-specific concepts quickly, open to coaching.
• Influence without authority: effective at establishing trust and collaborating with others.
• Literate in corporate finance terminology, statements, and concepts
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, familiar with PowerBI and Salesforce.com
Pay Details: $44.00 to $45.00 per hour
