Position: Visitor Experience Associate
Location: Palm Beach, Florida
The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum is dedicated to preserving Henry Flaglers legacy and celebrating Americas Gilded Agea time that helped shape our nations prosperity and generosity. We are seeking a Visitor Experience Associate to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
What Youll Do
- Sell admission tickets, program tickets, and museum memberships
- Accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Greet and assist visitors with tour options, and materials as well as any physical accommodations needed
- Support in assisting with museum programs and events
What Were Looking For
- Professional, engaging communication skills
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of customer service and cash handling experience
- Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 515 lbs
