We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with a results-driven mindset and a passion for logistics to join our team in San Antonio.
Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with carriers and clients.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements

Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Bilingual (English/Spanish).
