Role Overview:
As a Payroll and HR Specialist, you will handle payroll administration and perform general HR duties to support our workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely payroll for employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
- Assist with onboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support benefits administration and employee relations initiatives.
- Provide additional general HR support, as required.
Requirements:
- Proven payroll experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now or similar software.
- General Human Resources experience, including benefits administration and employee relations.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards is a plus.
