Role Overview:

As a Payroll and HR Specialist, you will handle payroll administration and perform general HR duties to support our workforce.


Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate and timely payroll for employees using ADP Workforce Now.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support benefits administration and employee relations initiatives.
  • Provide additional general HR support, as required.


Requirements:

  • Proven payroll experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now or similar software.
  • General Human Resources experience, including benefits administration and employee relations.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards is a plus.
