Be our General Manager - A Local Favorite Fast-Casual Concept 
LOCATION: Albany, NY
COMPENSATION: $65000 - $85000
STATUS: Full-Time
 
 
<ul>
<li>FOH and BOH management experience desired</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>3–5+ years of Full-service casual restaurant management experience </li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Hands-on management style </li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>45-50hrs a week as working manager.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Skilled at increasing catering business in the community </li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Strong P&amp;L management, staff leadership, and guest service focus.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Seasoned with scheduling, along with experience with food ordering (meat/produce)</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Coaching, mentoring &amp; connecting with staff, exceptional with building relationships with customers and ensuring they walk away with a positive dining experience.</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Local or willing-to-commute to the Capital Region preferred.</li>
