ProCare Therapy is partnering with a local school district to hire Paraprofessionals for the 2026 school year. Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time, Contract
- Term: As Soon As Possible – June 2026
- Grades: 6th-8th Grade
- Pay: $18-$23 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and track student data to monitor progress and effectiveness of interventions.
- Foster a positive, professional, and supportive relationship with students and staff.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to help students meet their behavioral goals and engage in learning.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and effectiveness in behavioral strategies.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in a behavioral support role or with individuals with autism or behavioral challenges is preferred.
- Comfort working in a school setting and assisting with personal care needs as necessary.
