You'll be a trusted advisor to our existing clients, handling inbound calls, answering questions, and uncovering opportunities to protect them even better with additional coverage.

Responsibilities

• Be the first voice our customers hear providing exceptional service with every call.
• Handle inbound calls from existing policyholders with professionalism and warmth.
• Identify needs and cross-sell insurance products that improve their protection and peace of mind.
• Maintain accurate client records in our system.
• Partner with our sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.

Requirements

• Great Customer Service Skills.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Enthusiasm, optimism, and a willingness to see the good in every situation.
• Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.
