About the Role
Were looking for an experiencedEngineering Project Managerto join our team. In this role, youll provide project management of civil engineering projects that may include roadway materials, structure foundations, earthwork, site development, mining/mine sites, power transmission facilities, drainage, and other civil engineering projects. Ideally, youll have a background of experience that includes engineering or management of the following types of civil engineering projects:
- Earthwork and pavements
- Structural foundation design (signals, signs, bridges, walls)
- Urban and rural drainage systems
- Erosion control and grading
- Site development
- Environmental documentation and permitting
What Youll Do
As a Project Manager at STRATA, youll play a key role in both winning and delivering projects. While you wont have direct reports, youll lead by example, mentoring and guiding team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building client relationships and identifying new project opportunities
- Developing scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Preparing contracts and project execution plans
- Managing project performance, from kickoff to closeout
- Collaborating with engineers, geologists, technicians, and accounting staff
- Ensuring financial tracking and reporting are accurate and timely
- Helping shape and improve internal processes and best practices
Youll also support engineering proposals and business development efforts across the region.
What Were Looking For
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Bachelors degree incivil engineering or a related field
- 1020 years ofpost-degree experience in civil engineering design and project management
- Proven experience with the types of projects listed above
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of driving business success

Depending upon experience, the pay range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000 annually.
