Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services within a K-8 school setting in Brockton, MA. The role involves delivering specialized support to students from kindergarten through 8th grade, helping them develop essential communication skills in an engaging educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-8.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
  • Provide direct therapy services aimed at improving speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric speech pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License is required.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Ability to work onsite with a caseload of 28-30 hours per week.
