<p>Job DescriptionWay Mechanical is a mechanical contractor located in San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Dallas and North Carolina. We specialize in Emergency Services, Preventative Maintenance, and SOW projects. We are seeking a self-motivated skilled HVAC service technician to join our growing Commercial Service and Maintenance group.<strong>Responsibilities: </strong>
<ul>
<li>Diagnoses HVAC, performance through observation, refrigeration, testing and setup</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot commercial equipment</li>
<li>Operate power tools, hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to perform service to the equipment</li>
<li>Be able to track service-related tasks, materials, and labor hours on company provided IPAD</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Preferred 5+ Years Commercial HVAC Experience</li>
<li>Preferred 5+ Years experience in HVAC maintenance/repair </li>
<li>Ability to follow a scope</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a drug screen</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license in the state in which you are applying and good driving record</li>
<li>Ability to understand use of gauges meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools</li>
<li>Must have EPA </li>
