Independently owned agent for Mission Foods is seeking full time friendly, dependable driver to service our grocery store accounts delivering Mission tortilla and chip products. This role involves driving a 16-ft truck, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining strong store relationships.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, stocks, and rotates Mission products (Tortillas and Tortilla chips) from various supermarkets within assigned route.
• Track inventory and ordering needs.
• Works independently throughout the day stocking 16-ft box truck, driving truck to locations, and delivering product to stores.
• Must be able to load truck at warehouse beginning at 5:00am (on delivery days only). Route completions vary from 11:00am-1:00pm.
• Communicates on a regular basis with manager regarding status and changes within assigned route. Identifies areas for process improvement and efficiency and makes suggestions to manager.
• Communicates customer requests or concerns to manager on a daily basis.
• Notifies manager of any incidents or issues immediately.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual

Compensation

• Base weekly pay + performance bonuses
