Job DescriptionSpeech Therapist - The Woodlands, TX (New Graduates Welcome)
Location: The Woodlands, TX & Surrounding Areas
Setting: Home Health Care (Serving Adults & Children)
Shifts: Days/Nights/On-Call | Weekends optional but recommended (Full Time)
Caseload: 3-5 patients per day
About the Role:
Seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide expert speech and language therapy services across pediatric and adult home health care settings. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by improving patients' communication skills and supporting overall well-being.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, including pediatric populations and early intervention programs.

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Provide direct therapy to improve speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.

Monitor progress and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate families on supportive techniques.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:

Valid Speech Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification.

Knowledge of pediatric speech therapy techniques, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans (school/pediatric experience preferred).

Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.
