We're looking for a dedicated marine professional who is passionate about the industry and wants to build a long-term career with an established, family-owned dealership.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking someone with a proven track record and at least five years of marine industry experience.
We're Looking For Someone With Experience In One or More of the Following:
- Boat Sales
- Marine Parts & Accessories
- Marine Service
- Website & Inventory Management
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Marine Transport
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of marine industry experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities May Include
- Assisting customers in selecting the right boat, motor, or accessories
- Supporting our parts and service departments
- Managing online inventory and website listings
- Creating engaging social media and marketing content
- Working with customers before and after the sale
- Maintaining an exceptional customer experience
- Representing Towne Marine with honesty, professionalism, and enthusiasm
