We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at our Monroe, NJ location. This full-time, on-site role involves providing comprehensive patient care through advanced assessments, individualized treatment planning, and hands-on clinical services. The ideal candidate is passionate about integrative care, recovery, and collaborative medicine, and thrives in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and consultations
Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
Provide patient education and ongoing care management
Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care aligned with best clinical practices
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Experience or interest in pain management, recovery, and integrative medicine
Proficiency in physical examinations and diagnostic interpretation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Strong commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing preferred
