Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource requirements for manufacturing initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Monitor project progress, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Ensure all manufacturing projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality assurance principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, quality).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Lean) and relevant software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills specific to manufacturing projects.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
  • Experience with specific manufacturing ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
  • Technical degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
