Compensation & Growth:
We use a transparent, skill-based pay structure so you're paid based on what you can do, not just your title. Total annual earnings typically range from $80,000 to $130,000+, depending on skill level, performance, and consistency. Apprentice: $18-$20/hr Tech 1: $20-$25/hr Tech 2: $25-$30/hr Tech 3: $30-$35/hr Tech 4: $35-$45/hr In addition to hourly pay, technicians earn weekly spiffs and performance bonuses, with raises tied directly to skills, certifications, and progression milestones.

Tools, Support & Work Environment:
You'll be set up to succeed with a take-home company truck (depending on skill level), a fuel card, fully stocked inventory, warehouse support, and paperless dispatch through ServiceTitan. Specialty tools are provided, and you'll have access to dispatcher support and a senior technician hotline for complex diagnostics. If a job gets difficult, you're not on your own. We support our team and do not tolerate abusive customers.

What You'll Do:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a clean, professional customer experience. You'll communicate clearly with homeowners, present repair options, and complete each job to Aspire's quality and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:
HVAC service experience at any level, with placement based on skill rather than title. EPA certification (or ability to obtain quickly), strong diagnostic ability, solid communication skills, and a professional, team-oriented mindset. Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving history.
