Job Description
We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in either our Skilled Nursing (Short-Term Rehab) or Long-Term Care units. We have openings for both fast-paced clinical recovery and relationship-based resident care.
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>
Skilled Nursing: Provide acute care for patients recovering from surgery or illness. You will manage IVs, wound care, and rehab goals.
</li>
<li>
Long-Term Care: Provide ongoing medical care for residents in their permanent home, focusing on chronic disease management and quality of life.
</li>
<li>
Daily Duties: Administer medications, perform head-to-toe assessments, and lead a team of LPNs and CNAs.
</li>
<li>
Communication: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and families to provide the best care possible.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
</li>
<li>
Current BLS/CPR certification.
</li>
<li>
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
</li>
<li>
Previous experience in geriatrics, nursing homes, and skilled nursing is a plus
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in tube feeding, basic life support, and medication administration
</li>
<li>
Familiarity with anatomy and physiology
</li>
</ul>
