Job Description
An Italy-based industry leader in natural feminine hygiene products is seeking a Senior Sales Director to join their team. This is a fully remote role offering a base salary of up to $150,000, along with a generous bonus package.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of U.S. and Canadian retail sales experience, ideally within both large and entrepreneurial CPG environments
- Strong expertise in Personal Care, HBC, or OTC products
- Proven track record managing key accounts and negotiating with major mass retailers
- Experience in the Natural channel strongly preferred
- Skilled in managing national and regional broker partnerships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales strategy and execution across major U.S. and Canadian mass retailers (CVS, Walgreens, Target, Walmart, etc.)
- Expand sales within the Natural channel (UNFI, KeHE, Whole Foods, Sprouts, and similar)
- Manage and motivate broker and distributor partnerships, with focus on Food and Natural trade channels
- Drive growth for both branded and private label products across key accounts
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development on go-to-market initiatives
- Use sales data and market insights to refine retail strategies and boost performance
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations to internal teams and retail partners
