Job Description

We are looking for a Press Brake Operator/Machine Operator to join our team! You will be responsible for operating the press brake to cut and bend the materials to the customer's specifications. Once the pieces are done, you will check to make sure they are the correct size and shape. Previous experience with press brake operation is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety protocols
  • Ability to operate, perform adjustments, and routine maintenance on the machine
  • Measure the final product to ensure uniformity
  • Restock material
  • Monitoring machine operation to maintain quality and productivity
  • Inspecting finished components using measuring tools to ensure they meet dimensional requirements
  • Performing cleaning of the press brake to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintaining production records and assisting with quality control as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Experience of 2+ years in operating a press brake and other manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints to understand customer specifications
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good hand and eye coordination
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs consistently
