Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to RBTs, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to best practices
- Conduct assessments for clients and attend meetings to discuss progress and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of supervision hours and assessments
- Collaborate with other professionals to enhance interdisciplinary care
- Develop and implement training for RBTs as needed
