Requirements Holzer Jackson is looking for an experienced Emergency Medicine provider. Provider must be available a minimum of 5 shifts a month preferably 8-10 and ongoing availability 12 months.Start date - As soon as credentialed min 60 daysShifts are 8p-8a or 8a-8pPercent of Total Hospital AdmissionsReceived from ED: 17Percent of ED Patients Admitted to theHospital per Day: 17Percent of ED Patients Transferred per Day:Less than 7Trauma Level/Designation: NoneAnnual volume: 18527 15-20/shift per providerTotal Number of Beds: 11Fast track in ED? YesEMR: All Scripts/ParagonWill oversee APP'sED Physician writes orders for AdmissionsDeliveries Sent Directly to Labor amp DeliveryConsultants Radiologist Cardiologist Pulmonologist Gastroenterologist Urologist Hematologist / OncologistPlease note: Medical Staff fees will NOT be reimbursed Physician conversion fee cap 18-20KAll travel must be booked through OVPNO OT
