Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate NEEDS TO HAVE a strong background in eCommerce and omni-channel marketing, with a specific focus on managing and growing our presence on platforms such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, and our direct-to-consumer (D2C) websites. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that promote SW Corp' luxury bath products across multiple channels. You will lead efforts to grow brand awareness, drive online and offline sales, and enhance customer engagement through a seamless and integrated marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness and sales for our luxury product lines, including tubs, showers, sinks, and custom designs, with a focus on eCommerce and omni-channel strategies.

eCommerce & Omni-Channel Management: Manage and optimize our eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer journey across digital touchpoints. Oversee the integration of online marketing efforts with offline retail and showroom experiences to create a unified brand presence. Lead the expansion and optimization of our product listings and performance on platforms such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, and our D2C websites.

Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation and management of high-quality marketing content for the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, digital ads, and print materials that align with SW Corp's brand identity and values.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and marketing decisions.

Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement, build community, and promote new products and designs. Oversee paid media campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts, and email marketing strategies.

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build partnerships with key influencers, designers, architects, and home improvement companies to expand SW Corp' reach and visibility.

Event Marketing: Organize and manage trade shows, industry events, and promotional campaigns to showcase SW Corp products, foster relationships, and grow brand recognition.

Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials that help in the sales process. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and effective project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the home goods, luxury, or design industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce and omni-channel marketing.
- Experience managing eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, and D2C websites.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the luxury product sector, particularly in home décor, fixtures, or bath products.
- Knowledge of design trends in luxury home products and customer behavior within this space.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and customer journey optimization.
- A passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
