Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technician – Diagnostic Radiology to support a fast-paced imaging department. The role includes performing routine and specialized radiographic procedures across inpatient, outpatient, bedside, and operating room settings while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations on adult and pediatric patients

• Conduct bedside and portable imaging procedures

• Assist with Operating Room (OR) cases, including C-Arm procedures

• Ensure proper patient positioning, radiation safety, and infection control compliance

• Accurately document procedures and manage images using PACS

• Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and clinical teams

Work Environment & Caseload

• Staffing Ratios:

  • Days: 1:8

  • Nights: 1:6

  • Weekends: 1:2

• On-Call Requirement: Approximately 2 call shifts per month

Equipment & Technology

• Siemens DR systems

• Philips GI room

• C-Arms

• Carestream portable units

• EPIC Electronic Medical Records

Required Certifications & Qualifications

• ARRT (R)

• BLS

• Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Tech experience

• Experience in acute care and OR imaging preferred

• EPIC experience required
